• "User"/"you" — any person who uses the Website;
• "Services" — the information and functions available on the Website (including test-drive and contact requests).

The Website may be used only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. Misuse of the Website is prohibited, including disrupting its operation, unauthorized access, automated data extraction (scraping), distributing malware, or circumventing security measures.

When submitting a request you must provide accurate and truthful information.

The content on the Website — including models, specifications and images — is for information only and does not constitute a public offer. Specifications and availability may change without prior notice.

Prices are indicative and may differ from the final invoice. The reference price is shown in US dollars, and the amount in GEL is converted at the current Bank of Georgia rate for convenience only. The final price and terms are set out in the written sales contract.

Submitting a test-drive or contact request does not create a binding contract. The Company will contact you to arrange the details. A test drive is subject to availability, the Company's approval, and applicable conditions (a valid driving licence and age).

All content on the Website — text, trademarks, logos and images — belongs to the Company or its partners. Copying, publishing or otherwise using it without written permission is prohibited.

The Website may contain links to third-party resources (for example, maps, social networks, a booking system). The Company is not responsible for their content or policies.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the Website.

The Website is provided "as is". The Company does not warrant that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the information published on the Website.

These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
